Returns & Exchanges
At RONIN WORLDWIDE, we stand behind our apparel and products 100%. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition in which you received them, meaning it meets all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn or unused
- Item must be unwashed
- Item must be without body odor or fragrance
- Item must be with all tags
- Item must be within its original package
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of the products, we cannot issue refunds for any other reason. Once an order has been placed, the manufacturing stage starts immediately, and costs are borne immediately by us. Therefore we stress that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Starting a Return
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please start a return by submitting a problem report. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions.
We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of receipt and has not been worn, and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Mailing Back a Return

This address should only for product returns. As previously stated, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Wrong Sizes
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wrongly ordered sizes. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.
Wrong Address
Please double (triple) check your mailing address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed your product is immediately placed into production so that it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Because of that we are unable to update any wrongly input mailing addresses once your order has been placed. You will have to wait until the courier returns it to our facility.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, promotions, or gift cards unless damaged, faulty or defective.
Health & Safety
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any worn or used items. We especially do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for EU Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
